Jonathan R. Pettit, MD 
General Orthopedics and Total Joint Replacement
Dr. Jonathan R. Pettit received a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Vanderbilt University in 1997. He attended medical school at the University of Kentucky where he graduated with high distinction in 2001 and then completed his internship. His residency was completed at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

In addition to the many hours involved in becoming a physician, Dr. Pettit took time to volunteer for several agencies. He was a volunteer at St Joseph Radiation Oncology office during the summer of 1995. He went on a medical mission trip to Honduras in June of 1999 and was a volunteer floor manager for the Salvation Army Student Run Clinic in 2000.
Dr. Pettit was born and raised in Lexington, KY. He and his wife, Eleanor (Ella), have three children, Levi, Cherith, and Chloe Grace.
He joined the Mid Tennessee Bone and Joint Clinic in August of 2006.
